Project Overview
Elm House, a modern residential project in Los Angeles, has been thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of a vibrant family. Drawing inspiration from the magnificent Chinese Elm tree on the property, it seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living spaces. Elm House represents a harmonious balance between nature and contemporary comfort.
The project employs organic construction materials such as brick and wood, crafting an architecture that is both understated, yet inviting. A continuous brick wall extends seamlessly from the street facade to the rear garden, effectively delineating the structure into distinct zones for public and private use. The extensive incorporation of glass elements serves to establish a profound sense of unity between the interior and the natural surroundings, enhancing the overall spatial experience.
